It is included to help eliminate reflection from the surface of the water especially when using settings such as 50 or 60 degrees in shallower water. The 50, 60 degree settings help improve the ability to track your bait in shallower water. The end result is a crisper and clearer image! Learn how to install the mask and check out the improvement in performance in video images from on the water.
