A different cooking method that never fails! I'll show you how I prepare a pork shoulder in the kamado, a cooking method I prefer, with time and low temperature. The final result is incredible! It literally falls apart, ideal for eating on a plate or in sandwiches. In this case, I served it with sweet potato puree, also cooked in the oven using the same heat source.
