This is the phrase the residents of the Vela Rossa in Scampia, a northern suburb of Naples, repeat most often when we enter one of the structures that, along with the Vela Gialla, has long been slated for demolition. Some cannot safely leave their homes, others are afraid and say that living here is a constant struggle.
