Introducing the TEMPEST Drone-Boat by Splash Industries

Today, we're unveiling the TEMPEST - our biggest drone-boat yet. Jet-driven, capable of autonomous beach landings and with a payload capacity that rivals competitors for 10x the cost, the TEMPEST is in a class of its own. Its spacious payload deck, extreme stability in high seas and unbelievably low draft make it perfect for contested logistics, large sensor deployments and UAV/UUV launch operations. When you've got 1500lb of cargo capacity, a 35kt top speed and 300nm of range, there are very few thing you can't do. The TEMPEST joins our smaller TYPHOON drone-boat as the second vessel class in the Splash Industries fleet. Naturally, our SPLASH C2 software seamlessly works across both platforms, providing industry-leading autonomy functions and advanced collaborative features. Best of all, the TEMPEST is built to be mass-manufactured and unbelievably affordable with the base version starting at under $100k. Last year, we disrupted the extra-small USV market with the TYPHOON. This year, we're doing the same with the TEMPEST. And we're just getting started.
