Checo "El Barbón" prompts us to reflect on the current role men play in this deluge of gender differences. He presents social scenarios worth internalizing, whether we are men or women, for the sake of the children we are raising and to whom we are passing on ideas, customs, and traditions that have been passed down from generation to generation. A marketing professional at heart, having graduated from ITESM Campus León in 1998, he worked at Coca-Cola Export that same year. There, he learned about global marketing (brands), how to create strategies (shopper marketing), how to connect with the consumer (IMC), and how to implement them in the market (Regional Marketing). In 2011, he was Director of Trade Marketing at Ferrero de México. From 2012 to 2015, he gained experience in sales and people management at British American Tobacco as Regional Business Manager DF1. He was Director of Marketing for Latin America from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, he became an entrepreneur, creating the lifestyle platform TÓMALA BARBON, authoring the book EL VIAJE DEL BARBÓN, and working as a speaker and content creator.
