Railroad Crossing: County Road 500 East, Chesterfield, IN. CSX Main Tracks 1&2

Here's a neat crossing with three gates, traffic signal preemption and drama. According to CSX this is Madison County Road 500 East, but only one side of the road is so due to the county line running right down the middle. Thus it is also Delaware County Road 1000 West. The locals just know it as County Line Road. County Line Road intersects with State Road 32 here. Multiple crashes at the intersection have resulted in damage to the traffic and railroad signals on the island here. I happen to be there for the aftermath of one such issue when a semi driver pulled his trailer across the island doing significant damage.
