If the Installer Code in your 2GIG Edge has been changed, and you don't know the code, you may be able to get it reset by calling the installing alarm dealer, or contacting your own alarm company to register the panel. If you opt to contact the original installing dealer, expect them to try and sign you up for monitoring. If you don't want to sign up, they should at least be able to set the Installer Code back to default for you so that you can move forward. If you have no luck with the original company and decide to find your own monitoring solution, there's a good chance any alarm dealer that supports Alarm.com will be able to get the panel registered and the Installer Code changed for you.
