Triumph Watercooled Twin Pivot Plate Comparison
Comparison between an original pivot plate and a 3d printed prototype to identify wether the part can be shortened successfully to improve the contact parts of the pawls where it engages the detent wheel. Reasoning for the above is to hopefully eliminate premature wearing of the part as failures on my bike have happened at 3000, 3000 & 2000 miles. This part is from a 2017 Triumph Street Scrambler but the part is shared accross the watercooled twin range Please feel free to leave comments and constructive criticisms below!
