Let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir until everything is melted and a smooth chocolate mixture has formed. Let it cool. Making simple syrup: 100ml water 100g sugar Combine these ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and let cool. Done! Making sugar glue: Combine 60ml of boiled, cooled water and 1/4 tsp of CMC in a screw-top jar, seal, shake, and let it rest for 24 hours. After that, the sugar glue is ready to use.
