And once again, congratulations to Kaede on your 6th anniversary! It's been 6 years already. It's certainly not a short time, and I feel like I've spent many years by your side, and every day feels the same, yet something is definitely changing and we're growing. We're what you'd call a same-sex couple, but if you ask what makes us different from other couples, there's really nothing special about us. We fight a lot, laugh, cry, and act silly together like everyone else. We're best friends, colleagues, partners, and irreplaceable lovers. I truly feel like you're a part of me, like my alter ego. We somehow manage to complement each other's shortcomings, and together we find the right answers and forms for where we fall short, always walking through life hand in hand. Sometimes it's tough and painful, and we clash, but lately I've come to think that maybe that's just how we are. There were times when I wondered, "Why can't we understand each other?" "Why do we fight so much?" But since you're the person I want to walk through life with, let's continue to have a lifetime's worth of fights and laughter together.
