Miele W1 WEI865 calibration cycle

Decided to run this cycle again to see if it would fix that powerwash 2.0 load sensing issue. This cycle can only be accessed again by going into service mode and activating the calibration option once the option is activated the machine will boot up like it’s a new machine once you’ve exited service mode and ask you to open the water tap and run cottons 90 without laundry No matter what options you set they don’t change the cycle it’ll run as it’s meant to. Find it weird that mine defaults with twindos whites turned on for this cycle especially with the fact that the same model as this that was in the Miele centre when I visited didn’t have twindos activated for this cycle. I found it even weirder that this time it did actually add detergent to the wash where as last time it didn’t? Maybe it has it turned on to run the pumps and get the detergent pipes filled before doing the first cycle but because this is done after it already had detergent in the piping 0:00 Prepare the cycle 0:34 main wash (fill and short powerwash stage 1:46 Main wash (fill and heat to boil temp) 24:41 Main wash (fill to deeper level and start doing more internsive action) 50:37 Main wash (powerwash) 1:20:32 end of main wash 1:23:33 First interm spin 1200rpm 1:28:53 First rinse 1:32:52 Second interm spin 1200rpm 1:38:01 Final rinse 1:41:59 Final spin (calibrate load/balance sensor by doing 500rpm bursts) 1:48:34 Final spin 1600rpm 1:53:03 End This is officially the last video of this machine with controlled energy consumption turned on! All new videos will have this option turned off and will do deeper levels more heating etc. Whether this will be turned back on at some stage who knows but it most likely won’t :)
