URLife E20 Bike Goes How Many Miles?

Taking the URLife E20 Electric Bike out for a full out run to see how far the battery can take me. The seller claims a VERY GENEROUS 60-80 mile range with up to 28MPH (Advertised on the ad but the title lists only 20MPH max). Sadly only one of these 2 things are true. The speed is excellent and literally maxes out at 28MPH unless you're ripping it downhill. The acceleration on ONE out of the 2 bikes is really good. Bike #1 (the one with the reflector on the right) is my bike and our 2nd bike, the acceleration is abysmal compared to bike #1. I have to ALWAYS stop or slow down drastically for the 2nd bike to catch up because it takes forever to hit 28mph (if it can hit that speed at all. Bike #2 usually goes around 25mph most of the time max). In this video you will notice other things. The ride on this bike is BUMPY! I've tried adjusting brakes, the calipers, everything you can think of that would or could cause such an effect, and I can't seem to figure out what the hell it is! You can see in the video how it's constantly bumpy, and I'm going over smoothly paved roads with no potholes anywhere. Bike #2 is A LOT smoother and doesn't have this issue whatsoever. Also another thing, the brakes PULSE when slowing down. You'll see this become more apparent as I come to stops at red lights as the video will literally jerk like someone's trying to pull me backwards. And last thing, these bikes have disc brakes, which I really appreciate but they SQUEAK!
