High pressure Fuel Pump and Filter Replacement | E30 E28 E24
How to: Primary In-line fuel pump replacement on my 1988 BMW 535is rocking the M30 engine. Process will work on M20 engines. There are actually two fuel pumps in these old 80s BMWs and this one is located under the rear of the car while the other secondary fuel pump is located within the fuel tank. Install would have been much easier in a garage but we played it where it lied and did my replacement right where it broke down. Although car is now running great I will likely replace the in tank fuel pump in an upcoming video for peace of mind.
