Alliance Airlines Fokker 100 VH-XWT QQ3240 Go-around and Landing at Olympic Dam

Go-around and landing onto runway 25 at Olympic Dam Airport after a flight from Adelaide. It was quite a bumpy landing with hot conditions probably creating thermals and air pockets that bumped us around quite a bit. The go-around was executed due to the plane's weight and balance, we were still a little too heavy right at the last second so we executed a go-around and circuit before trying; and succeeding, a second time.
