iRobot Roomba after Charging Error 7 repair

replaced a diode in the thermistor circuit, labeled as D19 (the diode codename is A05 U8). The replacement I use was BAV70, the diode was codenamed A4, at least it has similar characteristics, the only change was at the pin 2, which doesn't really matter since it was not connected to anything in the motherboard.
