🎬 Love and Autism (Part 2): Risks in Social Media and Relationships Today we're talking about a topic that's rarely discussed: how relationships and social media can be experienced from an autistic perspective. In this video, I explain: • why digital communication can be more comfortable for many autistic people • how social and sensory overload plays a role • the difficulty in interpreting ambiguous signals • ghosting, uncertainty, and the need for consistency • differences between attention and affect • theory of mind, expectations, and relational processing • and how the brain tries to understand relationships full of implicit rules. ⚠️ This video does NOT refer to all autistic people, nor does it attempt to simplify such a broad spectrum.
