The Morning Ritual That Changed My Life Forever
Today I'm taking you inside the exact morning ritual that became the foundation of everything I teach Step 1: Gratitude Before Ground Contact Before getting out of bed: Ask: What am I thankful for? What is working in my life? Even if life feels difficult. Step 2: Blessed Water Hold a glass of water. Set an intention. Say: "May this water nourish my body, calm my mind, and strengthen my spirit." Drink slowly. Step 3: Breath Reset 4-count inhale. 4-count hold. 6-count exhale. Repeat 5 times. Explain why this calms the nervous system. Step 4: Barefoot Grounding If possible: Walk outside. Feel the earth. Connect with nature. Talking Point: "The earth has been healing people long before coaching existed." Step 5: Intention Setting Ask: Who do I want to be today? How do I want people to feel after meeting me? Not what you want to achieve.
