Regione 200 mila euro per progetti scolastici in onore del centenario di Rosa Balistreri
2027 will mark the centenary of the birth of the most famous Sicilian singer-songwriter, Rosa Balistreri. The regional department for education and professional training has decided to celebrate this voice, which helped raise awareness of Sicily worldwide, with a €200,000 grant for artistic projects dedicated to her in music-focused schools and beyond. The goal, among other things, is to promote her legacy to young people.
