Step 1: Eggs – 2 Sugar – 1 cup (100–200 g) Sour cream (20%) – 1 cup (200 g) Flour – 1 cup (≈150 g) Baking powder – 1 heaping teaspoon (8 g) You can adjust the amount of flour slightly to achieve the desired texture. The dough should be neither thick nor runny.
