新たなミニバイクスポット爆誕（三重県桑名市）

A new minibike spot has opened in Kuwana City, Mie Prefecture. There are surprisingly few circuits where you can race minibikes. In Mie Prefecture, there's only Motorland Suzuka, and outside the prefecture, there are Akechi Hilltop, Mihama Circuit, Meihan Sportsland, and Kinki Sportsland... but there are quite a few σ(^_^;) However, they're all about a two-hour drive away. This course is close to my home, but I think it's also easy to get to from Aichi, Gifu, and Shiga.
