Mix all ingredients except the milk. Stir until crumbly. 2. Pour in the warm milk little by little, kneading until the dough is smooth. Form the dough into a ball. Cover the dough with plastic wrap or a clean cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes. 3. Divide the dough into 4-5 small balls. Let it rest for another 10 minutes. 4. Dust your work surface with a little flour to prevent sticking. Take one ball of dough and flatten it with a wooden rolling pin or other rolling pin until it becomes wide and thin. Repeat until all the dough is used. 5. Grill the tortillas in a flat pan or Teflon pan over low heat (without greasing with margarine or oil). Once they start to bubble, flip them over and grill the other side. Continue grilling until both sides have a few brown spots. Remove from heat and set aside. Cover with a clean cloth to prevent drying. Set aside. How to Make the Meat Filling 1. In a bowl, combine the meat and all the ingredients and mix well. Marinate and let it rest for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. 2. Heat a flat pan or Teflon pan, grill the meat until cooked through, turning occasionally. Remove from heat. Set aside. Serving 1. Take a tortilla and spread with mayonnaise. Arrange the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, sautéed onions, and meat. Add chili sauce, tomato sauce, and mayonnaise to taste. Roll or close the tortilla. 2.
