21 years ago, on the 9th of January 1998 on the 3rd series of 'Bruce's Price Is Right', something truly remarkable happened, After previously winning a £250 sculpture and a £6,839 KIA car, going through to the 'Showcase' with a score of 75, contestant Ady with a £3,000 range wins the showcase which included an artistic sundial, a 3 week holiday around the world to Fiji, Australia, Bali and Singapore, a Yamaha motocross bike and a Toyota Paseo Coupe car which in total was £29,800. In complete astoundment on what Ady had achieved throughout the whole show, Bruce announced with Ady's friends and family who joined him in jubilation that his overall prize grand total was a whopping £36,889 which meant he was the highest ever winning contestant in the show's history!
