Hong Kong native Zhang Qile made a special trip to Kaohsiung to visit Juejue & Maoshu's Hong Kong-style restaurant, Juejue & Maoshu Restaurant. Juejue is a Taiwanese designer who previously lived in Hong Kong. Besides introducing Hong Kong culture through images and words, he also brings the taste of Hong Kong to Taiwan by running a Hong Kong-style restaurant. Zhang Qile sampled some of the dishes to see if they truly matched his memories of his hometown. Juejue also shared his experiences and insights from working in Hong Kong.
