Everything aches, recovery takes longer, and every workout pushes us outside our comfort zone... but we're determined to prove that it's never too late to change your life. This series isn't about becoming bodybuilders. It's about becoming healthier, happier, more confident, and hopefully inspiring others who think they're "too old" to start.
