Kathryn Eybers recounts her journey to invite fertility back into their lovely piece of land in the Klein Karoo. Over the past 18 years, Kathryn and Ross have restored the land from a barren farm to a bountiful food garden teeming with life- all through the practice of permaculture. Their home and garden is a testament to the deep connection they have fostered with the land, which in turn nourishes and sustains them through the years.
