PLEASE NOTE: As the movements of Tai Chi can be both simple and complex, Tai Chi practice provides each practitioner the opportunity for a lifetime of growth and improvement. It is far more important to simply begin the practice of Tai Chi, than it is to demonstrate any particular competence with the practice of Tai Chi. Individual improvement comes from asking the body and brain to meet new challenges. Our growth occurs in that asking, more than in meeting the challenges. Once you are able to meet one level of challenge in Tai Chi, another level appears. Thus we are all new students, ever on the edge of our current challenges. Please enjoy the play and the practice of Tai Chi. This video is meant to stimulate growth and enjoyment in equal measure. I hope that you enjoy playing tai chi with us.
