Today we are going to share a recipe on Mua Chee, a highly popular snack from Singapore that many of us used to eat as a kid! This recipe is so simple that you will definitely succeed the first time! For the recipe, you will need the following ingredients: 200g Glutinous rice flour 350ml water 200g peanut powder 50g caster sugar 6-8 shallots Steps: 1. Mix batter 2. Fry shallots until fragrant 3. Using shallot oil fry the batter until it hardens into a dough 4. Cut the dough into pieces and mix in peanut mixture. 5. Add some ground peanuts on top and serve.
