CRキャブをセッティングしようとしたら（CB400T）

This time, I went on a tour with my CB400T (Hawk II), but the engine stalled. It seemed like it was running poorly unless I changed the spark plugs. When I asked why, I was told it had a CR carburetor, and they asked if they could adjust the settings. I won't know if it works or not until I try it. I think other issues besides the carburetor, like engine compression and ignition coils, could be causing the same problems. So, just for fun, I thought I'd try it out this time, thinking it would be a good way to learn about the CR carburetor, but before I could, I encountered a different problem, and it ended up not starting.
