BEEF SISIG RECIPE

Beef Sisig Recipe is inspired by the original sisig of the kapampangans just without the pork, in short it is Halal and can be cook and eaten by fellow muslims. Try it for you self and enjoy! Ingredients: 1/2 kg. Beef (Halal) 1 tsp. Salt 2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter 1 large White Onion (Chopped) 4 cloves Garlic (Chopped) 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce 1 tsp. Black Pepper Powder Juice of half a Lemon or 1 1/2 tbsp. Calamansi juice Chilies (Optional) 1/2 tsp. Salt for taste 3 tbsp.
