Como REACTIVAR EL RUC dado de baja en SUNAT | Persona Natural con Negocio

If Sunat has canceled your RUC registration, either at your request or automatically, you must reactivate it to resume your work, business, rental, or other type of activity subject to tax payments. You can complete this procedure through the Virtual Reception Desk (MPV-Sunat) or in person. After this reactivation, you will retain the same RUC number you had. Keep in mind that reactivation through MPV-Sunat can only be done by you or your legal representative, not by a third party. Requirements If the RUC holder or their legal representative is doing it: the same documents required to obtain a RUC for an individual or legal entity in person or through MPV-Sunat. If a third party is registering: A valid DNI (National Identity Document) or the corresponding identification document. A virtual power of attorney number generated in SOL (Social Security Administration) or a certified letter of attorney with a notarized signature authorizing the taxpayer to complete the procedure. Requirements depending on the type of taxpayer to be registered. Forms completed and signed by the RUC holder or legal representative, such as: Form No. 2119 "Registration Application or Notification of Tax Allocation." Form No. 2054 "Legal Representatives, Directors, Members of the Board of Directors, and Related Persons." Form No. 2054 – Annex "Address of Legal Representatives." Form No. 2046 "Annexed Establishments." Original private or public document showing the address of the tax domicile being declared. Original certified registration record (card or electronic record) by the Public Registries, no older than 30 calendar days. Before starting, you should know: When you log in, select "Internal Taxes" as the procedure type and select "RUC Reactivation" as the subject. Upload the documents indicated as requirements for individuals or legal entities. Before finishing, the system will ask you to validate the transaction with your SOL code.
