Sesayut represents hope, prayer, and nyasa. Meanwhile, panca lingga refers to the five linggas (places, stana) of the gods, often referred to as the Panca Dewata. Sesayut Panca Lingga is an offering offered to Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa in his manifestation as Ista Dewata, specifically the Five Gods: Iswara, Brahma, Mahadeva, Vishnu, and Shiva. Therefore, this offering is used as a basic means to invite Ista Dewata and to enshrine them through sacred symbols, such as the shape of the Tumpeng (rice cone) based on its color at the traditional shrines. The Panca Lingga offerings based on the palm leaf of the Tattwa God are offered during the Melaspas ceremony and the Ngenteg Linggih ceremony. Their functions are: (1) A request to SIda Sang Hyang Widhi or the Panca Dewata (the Supreme Soul) to grant humanity eternal prosperity and happiness. (2) A request for humanity to be protected from disasters and other bad things as part of its efforts to maintain the balance of the universe through the Ngenteg Linggih ceremony. The Panca Lingga offerings require a set of ritual equipment, including: Dulang utawi alas sane siwosan; Sesayut skin; Ceper 4 with colored rice and nisi tatukon jangkep; Raka-Raka; East Gancan banana; South Copper banana, West Gold banana, Gadang banana/North Kayu banana; Apple or Mangosteen fruit, Salak fruit, Orange fruit, Cuttlefish fruit. Besides fruit, various snacks are also needed according to the five colors. Also needed are temu flowers (representing tubers); kelongkang (representing vines); kemimitan (representing plants that grow from seeds); Tanjung Sulur (representing single-rooted plants and tree branches); Pengada (representing fibrous-rooted plants such as palms). Likewise, Jaja Uli and Begina are needed according to color. Rice and Tumpeng are also needed for Toyan Cenana and Toya Empul. Rice Maklonkong is colored. Tumpeng Matanceb Kwangi is colored; Tulung Bingin Maider; Sampyan Tumpeng (Sampyan Lingga) Maider; Ketipat matusuk maider: Ketipat Pandawa, Ketipat Sari, Katipat Sidhe Purna, Katipat Bagia, Katipat Lingga.
