Jump to 06:32 when I remove the number plate. I traveled all the way from Kenya to take part in my first (and maybe only) UCI World Championship event. I did not try or look to qualify for this event but found myself qualified after I finished a local gravel race on my MTB top in my age-group. 9 of us qualified but I am the only one who made it here. The is the Saturday race for age-groups Men 50-54. We started 5 minutes after the elite women. I finish the 135km race in 4hrs 43min, in position 195 out of 240. The livestream ends when the GoPro battery dies after about 50 minutes. I change the battery but the feed keeps on dropping after that, and I leave it alone to concentrate on the race.
