Free your tongue and voice - 11 mins Follow-Along-Massage for Singers

#voicemassage #suprahyoidmuscles #hyoidbone Does your voice feel tight, pressed, or less free than you'd like? In this follow-along massage, I'll guide you through an 11-minute routine for the muscles under the chin, the floor of the mouth, the tongue, the hyoid bone, the jaw, and the laryngeal area. Tension in these muscles can affect tongue mobility, jaw freedom, and how free the voice feels and sounds. This routine is designed to help release unnecessary tension and improve mobility in the structures that support singing and speaking. In this video, we work with: • Floor of the mouth release • Hyoid bone massage • Suprahyoid muscles • Tongue mobility and tongue stretches • Jaw tension release • SCM (sternocleidomastoid) muscle • Laryngeal release • Self-massage for singers • Vocal tension release This routine is especially helpful for singers who experience tongue tension, jaw tension, a tight or restricted sound, or a feeling of effort when singing.
