Tips to Jump into your Handstand

Finally!!! The many times requested : Learn to Jump to your Handstand!! We'll build the shoulder strength. We'll build the leg power. But more than anything... we'll develop the awareness needed when upside down. Jumping into handstand may seem monotonous...but really it's a crucial step in getting & keeping your Handstand!! So be willing to jump a 100,000 x before you start catching that hang time. But trust...it will come!! Another crucial step is learning to fall safely.
