Make the Most of Your Time-05/03/26

In Ephesians 5 we are admonished to be careful how we walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the most of our time, because the days are evil. Time is one of the most valuable commodities that we have, but I wonder how much gets wasted over our lifetime? This admonishment in Ephesians isn't just to abstain from sin (a certain waste of our time), though that's certainly part of it. It's to remain watchful and alert. We are living in such a way as we are avoiding landmines that could disrupt and shipwreck our faith, landmines that aren't always as overt as we think. Perhaps more importantly, we have to step intentionally into the Spirit filled life, which is the only real way to maintain intimacy with and motivated pursuit of Jesus. Only here can we truly make the most of our time. Scriptures used: Ephesians 5:15-18 Matthew 25:12-13 1 Peter 4:3 1 Peter 5:8 Thank you for joining us. We hope this resource was a blessing to you!
