The Executive Director of Ilula Orphan Program, Edson Msigwa, said the center continues to give hope to children living in difficult circumstances by providing them with education and essential needs to enable them to build their future. Msigwa said children who benefit from the center and succeed in life return to help the center by contributing to various needs, a move that enables other children to have equal opportunities for education and care.
