The Loma Colmenar neighborhood, and not just the 225-unit social housing development where the family of Mohamed lives. The 8-year-old boy found dead early Monday morning by the National Police of Ceuta, mourns in silence in the hours following the confirmation of his death. His father reported his disappearance to the Police Headquarters after going out to play a game with several neighborhood friends on the small sports court that can almost be seen from the windows of his house.
