Off-Grid RV Life: A Real Day on the Land

This was just a real full day of off-grid RV life on our land. We filmed pretty much everything from getting out of bed, making the bed in the Minnie Winnie, hanging out, cooking, eating, and settling into the day. Nothing huge or dramatic happened — it was just one of those good normal days that feels really nice after so much moving, stress, and trying to get here. We made chicken alfredo, baked brownies, watched UFC, and spent the day living this little off-grid life we’re slowly building for ourselves. Not every day out here is perfect, and not every day is exciting, but this one was good. Simple food, a cozy Minnie Winnie, the animals nearby, and a quiet day on our land.
