PARKDEAN SANDFORD DORSET… GREAT VALUE OR NOT? | Motorhome Pitch Problems!

We stayed at Parkdean Resorts Sandford Holiday Park in Dorset with our motorhome, and in this vlog we take you along for the full drive down and give you our honest first impressions of the site. Things didn’t start smoothly. When we arrived, we were given a pitch on a slope that was far too steep for our motorhome. We tried to reverse in, but it was too much and the tow bar ended up tearing into the pitch. After already going back to reception once, we had to return again and it took over an hour to finally get someone to help us find a better pitch. We did eventually get moved, but the empty pitch next to us had dirty nappies and rubbish left behind, which wasn’t cleaned up until around 24 hours later — not the best first impression. In the vlog we also show you around the site properly, including the chemical waste point, rubbish bins, showers, toilets, bar, food prices and facilities. It was also very, very hot, so we give our honest opinion on whether Parkdean Sandford is good value and whether we would stay again. Is it a good motorhome stop in Dorset, or did the bad start put us off?
