The human factor: Marco Ferrari is passionate about mathematics, and thanks to this aptitude, he creates functions that explain the success of his company. He explains how to empower people to realize their potential, because skills aren't the only important thing. Marco Ferrari has gained over 25 years of international experience within leading companies in the spirits sector, managing the development of some of the most important brands. He spent 12 years at the Bacardi Ltd. group, holding various marketing and trade marketing roles both locally (Italy and the UK) and globally. This was followed by three years at Branca International as Director of Strategic Development, Marketing, and Trade Marketing. Prior to Gruppo Montenegro, he spent four years at Stoli Group, a leading vodka company, where he held the dual role of Global Chief Marketing Officer and Director of the North America Division. Since September 2014, he has been CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Gruppo Montenegro, a leading company in the spirits and food sector.
