Episode 58 Namaste, We are Shirish and Pooja and Welcome to a Crunchy Kothimbir Vadi ( कोथिंबीर वडी ) Special Episode of ‪@RedSoilStories‬ Pooja has went to Ration Shop and I had gone to market. I brought some Fresh coriander from the market. Since it was raining, mother asked me if I want some tea, I asked her if I can have something crunchy and crispy with the tea. She suggested we can make Kothimbir vadi ( Fresh Coriander Fritters ) instantly. It is my favorite snack so I said yes immediately. Since Pooja has not returned yet, mother started preparing the Kothimbir Vadi ( कोथिंबीर वडी ). I helped her in cleaning the coriander, made a spicy paste, cut the steamed coriander rolls etc. Mother fried those delicious and crunchy Kothimbir vadi, meanwhile Pooja returned from the Ration Shop and We three enjoyed the Kothimbir Vadi together.!
