Tenor Sax Neck Comparison : 2 Yamahas VS. Boston Sax Shop Heritage Check out this neck comparison and tell me what you think! It's been my experience that necks can work very differently on different horns - I find the Boston Sax Heritage Neck to be consistently great on any horn I put it on however. I tried to provide a couple of different sound scenarios by doing isolated samples as well as samples with a backing track. Consensus is that all 3 necks are great - The Boston Sax Heritage Neck definitely has a little something extra that projects a more vibrant tone. It's hard for me to put it into words.
