How to massage your partner at home. Valentines ASMR

You can set up something at home to give your partner a massage Wether it’s on the kitchen table or the bed. If you’re just giving neck and shoulders massage have your partner lean on the kitchen table propped up with a pillow. Turning the chair backwards to give you access to his/her back. If you will be using the bed have them lay diagonally to a corner by the feet area. This will give you access to both sides of the bed to access the back. Have Everything ready and prepared before you begin. Pillows to lean on. Towels to roll up & blankets if needed. Candles, flowers, music, lotion or oil and dim the lights. There’s no need to spend any money if you have coconut oil at home & it smells delicious. You can also add olive oil avocado oil or cooking oil to any lotion you use. Lotions by themselves usually don’t have a glide so adding a little oíl is a good idea. Remove any Jewelry, tie your hair back and warm up your hands! Part of the relaxation experience is to walk into a relaxing atmosphere so have everything set up beforehand. You don’t need to know a lot of strokes. You can learn 3-4 and repeat & alternate them. If you just have the intent of helping your partner relax and give him/her your full attention for 1/2 hour they will be happy!
