#9 Fluke 123 ScopeMeter/DMM wireless charging upgrade

I make a wireless battery pack using the Qi standard for my Fluke 123, but this should work for most scopemeters. This makes charging easier, but is not a permanent solution as the Fluke continuously runs while "off" thus charging never terminates (and the battery doesn't stay charged).
