The Surprising Benefits of Sledgehammer Training

The description was initially going to be "Consider: The Sledgehammer" but I thought maybe the title could use some legit-bait. I love sledgehammer training. Something about it makes me feel powerful and strong (even if it might not necessarily be true.) In this video I express my love of sledgehammer training and attempt to convince you to consider it for yourself. Training and exercise doesn't have to be limited to one modality or sport. In fact, it could be highly beneficial to experiment with cross-modal training.
