Hi, I'm Vanessa! ❤️ Have you ever looked up from your desk and realized you've been sitting in the same position for hours? It happens to me too, especially when I'm studying or reviewing my professional notes on foot health and posture. Instead of waiting until my body feels stiff, I like to take short movement breaks throughout the day. In this video, I'm sharing one of the simple routines I often do at my desk: elevating my legs for a few minutes, letting my feet out of warm socks, and adding gentle toe articulation to wake up the intrinsic muscles of the feet. These small habits help me feel more comfortable after long periods of sitting, encourage healthy blood flow, and bring my attention back to the way my body feels. As a foot health and posture specialist, I believe that meaningful movement doesn't always require a full workout. Sometimes, a few mindful minutes between work or study sessions can make a noticeable difference. Together with quiet moments, relaxing surroundings, and simple wellness practices, these breaks help me reset both physically and mentally.
