BMW does two things amazingly well: it makes wonderful straight-six engines and excellently judged sports sedans. Combining these two elements has resulted in some of the best three-box cars the world has ever seen and even though the competition has been edging closer and closer in recent years, the latest G20 3 Series still has what it takes to stay ahead of the pack. In M340i guise, the only variant that still comes with a six-pot, it is a truly glorious machine that's not only good to drive on a winding road, but it's also a surprisingly accomplished cruiser and quite efficient for something that has 374 horsepower...
