Jamie deepened her personal yoga practice after burning out at 25, leading her to discover yoga as a powerful tool for strength, regulation, and healing. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at The Corner Yoga in Brooklyn and has since developed a particular curiosity around fascia, the nervous system, and how breath can support the body’s natural processes. Her classes focus on meeting the body exactly where it is, using breath as the main guide, exploring sensation instead of judgment, and finding moments of ease even in discomfort.
