Never place your laptop directly on your desk! Elevate it with books or a box so the top edge of the screen is aligned with your eyebrows, allowing your eyes to naturally look straight ahead. Tightly roll a large bath towel into a solid roll and place it directly under your neck when sleeping on your back, or between your ears and shoulders when sleeping on your side. Additionally, place a pillow between your legs when sleeping on your side, and place a pillow behind your knees when sleeping on your back.
