Explaination:- Even before Village Konoha formed by Hashirama and Madara, there used to be another Village called Land of Saiyans, Vegeta. There used to live a clan named Saiyans who have the ability to transform and become stronger the more they fight and they had very huge power as compared to anyone. At full moon, they transform to great ape called Oozaru and destroy the other villages and loot them. When other villages came to know about this, and got scared from them and their ability to transform to make them 10s or 100 times stronger than any other, other villages assassinated the Saiyans and destroyed their village. Only very few survivors left which the other ninja villagers don't know about and other ninja villages never wants their future generation to know about the Saiyan clan and their village or anything related to them. So they destroy that completely leaving no trace about Saiyan clan.
